Everything went very well. Chris came out promptly, discussed all the options and provided a fair quote. When the ordered cabinets were delivered about two weeks later, the work was done well in one day, . The cabinets look and function wonderfully.

Let me start by saying that Chris and Steve Greathouse were the best contractors (of any kind) that we have ever dealt with…the most professional, the most responsive, AND the most efficient. We interviewed and got estimates from five different contractors to do our kitchen remodel…it was an exhaustive process. Chris and Steve were the last to visit us and they made a very good impression. They ended up being middle of the pack on price, but we chose them because they seemed so honest, clever (planning and problem-solving) and efficient. While they billed themselves as cabinet refacing, we found that they are jacks-of-all-trades. They were able to everything we needed for the remodel, either themselves or through their sub-contractors…which all were top craftsmen. From the moment we signed the contract, they did not waste any time. Where others were setting our expectations that our kitchen would be torn up and unusable for up to a month, the Greathouses structured the remodel in stages. They would come in and do a flurry of work over a day or two and then restore the kitchen to livable conditions until the next phase. The whole project took a month from start to finish, but we were only without a livable kitchen for probably two days during that time period. And they always left their work space clean! Since we were replacing granite with Quartz, we asked if they could try to preserve the old countertops for use elsewhere. They warned that it might not be possible, but they would do their best. In the end, they were able to preserve the old granite, and we were so impressed with their work to that point, that we hired them to do our upstairs bathrooms. It was gratifying because they were able to reuse the kitchen granite for the bathroom countertops (and it saved us some money). These guys were a breath of fresh air from the typical contractor experience. I really don’t have anything bad to say. They quoted a price and never come back to once for an increase to that price…did not nickel and dime us like past contractors. Worth every penny and I will recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, Chris and Steve are a duo-family team that is nothing short of fanastic. I tried at least 7-10 contractors (including the BIG Depot ;-)… Chris and Steve were reasonably priced, provided quality and on time service. My house looks 1000% percent better. This kitchen upgrade revitalized an aging home and we have fallen in love with our home again since completing this project with Chris and Steve. Thanks guys!!!

Did not use as we wanted a firm that could provide all kinds of services under one umbrella. The brothers were good about coming and giving us an estimate on the cabinet refacing which was very reasonable, but then there was no follow up and by then we’d found a “one stop shop company” which we wanted. Enjoyed talking to the guys.

It was exactly as described. The process was quick and on time. It was also good to see the guys that gave me the quote, do the work. There’s definitely a sense of them knowing the whole process because they are doing the work. Some other situations the person giving us the quote was just a sales person or middle man. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had some cabinets remade and all the cabinets were refaced. Some cabinets were converted to drawers and all the doors were replaced.

Kitchen Connections are great, they did a good job and good follow up. I had no problems at all. I had 3 bids and I picked them because of the price. I am thinking about calling them for my bathroom work.

The guys at KC were wonderful throughout the entire project. We have a 30+ year old home with the original kitchen and they really took the time to talk with us about our ideas and offered great advise. They came out to our house twice before even starting the work to discuss plans and show us samples. All the various trades (tiling and counter installation) that came to our house were very professional and did an outstanding job. The guys were also very patient when we ran into a few bumps involving things on our end. We are very pleased with the work done by this company and would definitely use them again. Thanks KC for giving us a new and functional kitchen!!!

We called Kitchen Connections for a comparison quote for refacing our kitchen cabinets, We had used a different provider for our rental property and although they had done a good job we wanted another bid for our own home. Chris returned my call promptly and came out with his brother to do a quote and provide samples. The quote was in line with what we were anticipating and after the previous provider failed to keep 2 appointments we contracted Kitchen Connections to do the work. They worked with our schedule, turned up on time and everything went very well. We have already had numerous comments on how good our kitchen looks now. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kitchen Connections in the future.

They actually came here to talk with us about repainting our cabinets. Due to my lack of knowledge, as we talked, it was determined that KC does not paint but refaces cabinets. So we turned a cabinet bid into replacing granite countertops. It was a fair bid and we thought it comparable to others. I would recommend KC as a bidding company to anyone that was looking for this type of remodeling.

As for kitchen remodeling, we had the common “surprises” but overall, the process went well. We were pleased with all aspects of the job performed.
